Founder Story
While working as a Marketing Manager, our founder Katie (she/her) noticed a gap in the market: officewear was either fast fashion or designer, with little in between; and even less that felt inclusive, sustainable, or gender-neutral. She had the idea for a brand that could be different.
With five years of experience in marketing, a lifelong love for fashion, and a desire to explore a slower, more intentional way of living, Katie left her job and set off to the Philippines with her girlfriend. While traveling and immersed in the natural world, that quiet idea finally took shape. What started as a scribble in her notes became a reality.
Launching with the Core Collection in London, Zìyóu Studio is a personal response to the limitations of conventional officewear, and a celebration of self-expression, comfort, and care. Our mission is to empower people, especially queer people in the community, through sustainable fashion that helps them feel confident and empowered in the workplace.

Our Vision
In a world where fast fashion dominates, Zìyóu Studio exists as an alternative: a gender-neutral, sustainable workwear brand that values freedom, identity, and impact over speed or sameness. We create luxe, long-lasting pieces using deadstock (fabric that would otherwise go to landfull) and upcycled fabrics, crafting garments that don’t just look good, but feel good to wear and align with the values of people who care about people and the planet.
Zìyóu Studio isn’t just a clothing brand, it’s a space where community, creativity, and clothing intersect. A platform for queer people, allies and conscious creatives to feel seen, respected, and powerful in whatever workspace they choose to inhabit.
